Nationwide Delivery
"Sorry but we currently only send palletised deliveries to mainland UK and currently we don't send small packages. If you want a larger item or a collection of plants, shrubs or sundries then this option might be for you. We can fit a lot on a pallet and when ordering for nationwide delivery you'll only ever pay us for one pallet no matter how many items you order. Offer excludes Bulky Items#".
Delivery to most UK Postcodes* via palletised delivery is charged at £90 including VAT, pallet and packaging. Pallet orders with a value of £1500 or more are eligible for free shipping.
If you are ordering from mainland UK (excluding the Highlands and some restricted postcodes*) and want a pallet delivery then please select "Nationwide Delivery" in your shopping cart when checking out.
Delivery times vary depending on the time of the year but we aim wherever possible to deliver stock items within a week. However we try not to send plants on any days other than Monday and Tuesday. We do this to avoid having plants sitting in sorting hubs over the weekend; especially during the warmer months.

*The restricted postcodes other than those in the Highlands are few and far between, please either continue with the order and in the event its necessary we will advise of any applicable surcharges. Alternatively you can contact us to confirm.
#Bulky Items
These can be delivered within the "Local Delivery" option to the applicable postcodes.
However items taller than 2.2m in height are simply too big to send through the Pallet Network and therefore require a courier to transport them in different manner.
Please contact us using to the form below or give us a call and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote for "Nationwide Delivery" of Bulky Items.

More About Pallet Deliveries
Delivery Times
We aim to fulfil orders from the time of order and payment through to the point of delivery day within 7 t0 10 days. Pre-order items and peak seasons can adversely affect this plus we prefer to send pallets on Mondays and Tuesdays in order to limit the chance of hold ups in the sorting hub over the weekends.
Delivery Vehicles
Most deliveries are made with 18 tonne vehicles with a tail-lift and a manual pump trolley. We do not use any cranes or hi-abs for our deliveries. We advise that the vehicles are slightly larger than a standard dustbin lorry, therefore there needs to be an adequate amount of space for the vehicle, with no obstructions or restrictions.
Offloading your products
All deliveries are on wooden pallets or in wooden crates (pallets with sides) and these are manually wheeled onto the delivery surface by a pump truck. We can only guarantee a kerbside delivery. The delivery surface needs to be smooth (such as concrete or tarmac) and flat or level with no incline. Please note that it is completely down to the driver’s discretion whether or not he deems the delivery location safe. If access is tight the pallets are sometimes emptied of their contents as soon as they arrive by the roadside and the items transported individually from the roadside to a more suitable position on a drive.
Possible Restrictions
The ground must be solid and flat. We cannot deliver onto loose gravel, grass or uneven surfaces. Hanging obstructions such as trees and cables, or parked vehicles may prevent the vehicle from accessing the delivery location. Height restrictions and bridges may pose an issue for delivery vehicles.
If you have any concerns regards anything detailed above then please do not hesitate to let us know.
*The Pallet Network and Palletline; with specialist built hubs and digital scanning at every interface The Pallet Network is one of the best ways to move bulky and heavy items throughout the UK. Please note pallets and plants combined will not exceed 2.2m in height or 1.250kg in weight. Delivery point needs 3m access or kerbside and pallets will be unloaded via a taillight and therefore cannot be off loaded onto soft ground.
